So I have decided to set some goals to keep me going until I am banded
I am going overseas in 8 weeks so my first set of goals will take me through till then.
I want to lose 6 kilos before I go overseas. This will get me to 132 kilos, the lowest I have been in years, and hopefully enough to drop a clothing size
I want to go to the gym 3 times a week to do weights. For the next 2 weeks thats all I can aim for as I need my 6 week checkup from the doctor afer having the baby to be cleared for more. After that I want to add 1 class a week
If I am a good girl and achieve these goals I will buy my self something nice in Paris and London
