    Plateaued :(

Sadly my weightloss has stalled!! I didn't want to push the fills to quickly as the last fill was my first so I didn't know what to expect.. so at the moment I have 5ml and will go for a top up in a week.. but I would love to know what fill amount people have that keeps them in the green zone and also examples of peoples daily diets would be great to see and get some new ideas

    Types of Exercise

Hi Guys Just curious as to what type of exercise other than walking do people do? I'm looking at doing boot-camps a couple of times a week - whats peoples opinions on this? Keeping in mind not to lift anything to heavy obviously I didn't think there would be much a problem us doing that type of exercise hey?? I'm excited to get into some fitness classes

    Need more mushie ideas

your thoughts: Would tuna patties - my recipe being tuna with the water drained from the tin (springwater), low fat mayo, cut up spring onions, salt & pepper, 1 egg then rolled in breadcrumbs be classed as mush? If I blended the ingredients and then rolled in the breadcrumbs? Should be fine shouldnt it?

1 month from op- packing my pants!

Im the same by op is tomorrow!! and my hubby said you where so excited a few weeks ago and straight after your appointment - but this week I have been a bit down in the dumps and scared I guess its all apart of my relationship with food thats going to change!! But yeah this week I just havent felt that good like I had hoped id felt..i really struggled with the optifast and to be honest didnt stick to it 100% and feel angry at myself for not doing so..and I think thats why I am angry at myself for not doing it and im thinking now well your hopeless if you cant do opti how will you go with the band?? but ive made plenty of yummy home made soups in the freezer and have brought the cook book the dietitian recommended and keep reading through that..i do believe I will be better with more vareity but that opti stage was just tasteless and hard TOMORROW IS THE BIG DAY!!
