Hi all, Been trying to eat low carb and low sugar. Cooked up some quinoa and froze portions in ziplock bags. Got one out tonight and made fried rice. Sauteed some chopped red onion finely sliced and chopped zucchini spring onion frozen peas and quinoa with some soy sauce and some cooked sliced egg on top. Oops also some sliced ham. And it was yummy. Better than i expected, so thought id share. Cheers.
