Weigh In Wednesday

In the interests of accountability lets all do "weigh in Weds" (idea courtesy of LBA) . Its the second part of the year and time to bring this home :). We all do better when we are accountable and LBA and I want to be able to complete the color run in November and be at a healthy BMI by Christmas. As the saying goes: "you cannot manage what you don't measure" so guys where ever you are in your journey, lets do this and help each other achieve the best results for the second part of this year. starts weds 3/7 week 1 :)

I'm in. I have been weighing in on a Friday for the EOFY challenge but am happy to change to Wednesdays and stay accountable.

I'm in too. I need to get moving again. Today 83.3. I also need a goal. I have a guide, but my doc and I have not discussed an end weight. Any suggestions? I am 163cm, 50 and started at 97kg. My aim is around 70kg, does this seem fair or reasonable? I think any less than this I may look haggard, the goal I suppose is to be a healthy weight. BMI is not something I really take too much notice of, to me it is more about overall well being.

Morning, I'm 97kgs, down 9kgs since I started all of this a month ago. Sooooooo happy :).

Di222 I'm 49 (almost) and am 166 cms and my goal is also 70kgs. I think like you, any lower than that at my age I think will make me start to look drawn & old. Have a good week everyone :)

Woops, back up to 84.....oh well. Onwards and downwards.

I seem to struggle in the school holidays, perhaps the lack of routine and more time spent at home. I will have to take myself in hand.

Morning all,

 

I weighed in at 124.2 this morning. I think I am going to change my goal weight to 85kg for now, its the weight I got to on my last successful diet and I was a pretty happy there plus it puts me out of the obese category so it seems like a good interim :)

had an appt at CBS today and weighed in at 145.4, down over 18kgs from my highest weight

I'm not actively trying to lose anymore so I won't join in but I think Weigh In Wed is a great idea for accountability. Great work everyone.

 

(on a related note for band success I did weigh in this morning at 63.7 OMG! Love the band).

My weight today is 100.7kgs. Soo close to double digits! I don't remember the last time I was double digits.

This morning I was 116.5kg. (53.5kg down from my heaviest.) My next big goal is to get into double digits, which is also my surgeons goal for me. I want to get lower than that but one goal at a time.
