82.6 this morning, not bad considering birthday weekend and havent been to the gym since thursday. 16 weeks until my trip, freeking out i need to lose weight! :blink:

81.2! Loss of 1.4! Wooo! 2 PT sessions, 3 aquafit classes and 1 bikram yoga class! Thank god I saw some results :)

I'm up 600g to 89.3kg. *sigh* ... see what happens when I stop maintaining and try to lose again ... lol. I'll keep plugging away and hope for some change next week.

90.2kg today - loss of 300g

No loss this week. I got down but had gained back by today. 90.2kg

85.2, down by .2 after a fill last week and current cycle issues, I'll take that.

Down 400g, so close to 37 kg for my 9 month anniversary but not to be.  Oh well there is always next week :)

81.6 this week, same as last week

80.9 this week, a loss of 0.7.

Unexpected as I haven't done much but I'll take it!

Finally see an 80 with under 5 to goal!

I did weigh this morning, but have been busy and forgotten it. Monday I was 94kg down 700g since last week (I was less this morning but as I said can't recall actual weight).

It's not Wednesday but I jumped on the scales this morning.. I seem to have broken my little 1.5kg barrier I bounce up and down between. 91.1 this morning. I actually squealed on the scales! haha

79.9, out of the 80s by a pinch! see if it'll keep dropping. i've upped my PT sessions to three a week but will try and get 2-3 bikram classes in.

48.3 a loss of 100g don't know how eating a lot of crap! thankgod i'm combating it with a LOT of exercise!
