79.1 today.

Up 0.2 for the week.

79.3 - up by 0.2.

Road trip to Sydney for the last 2 weeks so not unhappy with the slight gain!

Now to get back into a routine :)

83.3kg ... same as last week. I dropped as low as 82.4kg earlier in the week but I've been sick and eating a bit more since then. I'm surprised I don't weigh more right now.

Am only down 300g this week... 70.4 kg is ok by me, though not sure the Doc will be altogether happy :mellow:

Finally at 84.5kg, wanted to get to 85 by the end of last month.. NO COMPLAINTS HERE THOUGH :) Feels good to see that number! It's been 3 years since I was 85kg.

 

Only half a kilo away from losing 20kgs since May this year :D

I am so willing you on - when you get there (and you will) it is such a fantastic feeling.  But don't forget you have already lost 56 kg that is an amazing achievement, especially as you have done it in just over a year x x x

80.8 kg this morning, down 1.5 kg.  Just 1 kg to 90% to goal weight and only 900 g to get into the 70's :)

Finally my body is getting the idea that I'm not doing this for fun, nor likely to give up.

85.1, down .5 from my last weigh in 2 weeks ago.

 

Now just have to deal with a few days on Hamilton Island, right before my next surgeon visit - Lord give me strength!!!

84.2kg this week, so up 900g from 83.3kg last week. My total calories have been ok but I've been having a bit of a carb party so am loaded with fluid. THIS is why I try to stick to high protein/low carb. *sigh* It'll come off.

83.6 again. Not bad considering Friday last week I randomly jumped up to 85.5 for no real reason...except maybe the chips and chocolate that I ate...so still the same even though I lost weight  :)

tishtish - I hear you re: protein rich diets!! I left my breakfast at home this morning so had a bowl of my emergency cereal...it really didn't satisfy like my turkey meatballs do.

78.5 again today, maintaining fairly easily thank goodness.

I haven't checked in here for a while so thought I would pop in.

78.7 today. I am staying within 2 kilos of my goal weight of 77 and have done for a year now.
