Tasty Dessert

Just a head's up.

 

Was feeling a little peckish after dinner....(not really hungry, but i wanted a treat....hehe ssssh!)

 

So i've had some chopped up strawberries, about half a cup, with a little drizzle of sugar-free maple syrup for sweetness.

 

Delicious!!! and still healthy :)

I've rediscovered diet jelly. Delicious and you can eat heaps of it for little to no calories. With a small amount of fruit it can be quite filling. And for something more "special" add some low calorie/low sugar yoghurt.

I also like my strawberries with a little balsamic vinegar and then heated in a frypan (or in the oven), or just left to sit for a bit to do its magic.
