I think that this should be a compulsory purchase for every bariatric patient.

I still recommend this (3 1/2 years post op).

Good reading.  No need to purchase a processed product.

You can make- from home  (and cheaper than something engineered in a laboratory and made in a factory) this from home.

Me?  Personally?  Yes. I CHOOSE to cook from scratch.
