Quality of Life of Bariatric Surgery Patients - Research Project

Recommended Posts

Researchers at the Bariatric Surgery Registry (BSR) and Master's students at Cairnmillar Institute are conducting important research into the psychosocial experiences and general health and wellbeing of patients after their surgical weight-loss procedure. This information is critical to improving the quality of care that bariatric surgery patients receive.

We would like to formally invite all patients who have undergone weight-loss surgery to participate in this project by completing a short-online survey.

It is expected the questionnaire will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.

By selecting the web-link below, you will be taken to a Patient Information Sheet outlining in plain language what the questionnaire will entail, inlcuding privacy and confidentiality.

Please follow the link and read these statements carefully before you agree/consent to take part. Please note that participation is completely anonymous and voluntary.

You may complete the survey online via this link: https://monash.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_cwJhYMicGrjFPjT
