OK, I was banded on 6/10/09 at about 170kg

at my highest weight - 170kg


Dec 09 - About 145kg


Feb 2010 - about 128kg


April 2010 - about 118kg


May 2010 - about 112kg


Im now about 107kg , I'd like to get close to 100kg & that will about do me I reckon.

howdy all,

Im just back from a week up at Port Douglas, had a blast , even though I ate & drank very well, I managed to lose 1.5kg while I was away so now Im officially overweight and not obese anymore at 102.7kg. Woohoo !!!

wow david congrats on the weight loss and love the one of you underwater. did you like port. i am in cairns and rode up to port on sunday for breakfast and the markets on my motorbike. i do love port though. you are doing so well on your weight loss, thanks for sharing the pictures. you look so happy and healthy.
