I have purchased this book and another one, the plate and the bowl. Knife Fork and band I personally think is brilliant!!! One of the best I have read on banding. Walks you right through everything and is very similar to the information given to me by my Dietitian which is reassuring....worth every cent!!

I have been using it ever since I started my Optislop and am finding it a God send now that I am post banding.
It has so many ideas in it for smoothies and soups. I can't see myself getting bored in the next 2 weeks on my fluid stage.
There are some other great books out there as well. I have purchased almost every book you can think of for lap banding. I have a llist of them on my blog if you want to go and check them out,

There is one for LapBanders and one just for normal dieting (well I know the books are different, maybe the plates are the same??), so make sure you suss that out

I have bought books / DVD's from a dietician in Melbourne called "Helen Bauzon". http://www.helenbauz...au/Lap_Band.php
Check out her website as she also does one-on-ones and group session in Melbourne.
She is also on Facebook and has some great ideas / thoughts and suggestions.
