Hi I am on 9 th August with dr Winnet at Western Private. Came back from Bali on Sunday stared optimist on Monday... Struggling a little with head aches but all will be worthwhile!

I'm starting my Optifast tomorrow and my surgery is the 11th August. I live in Bundaberg but am getting it done by Dr Layani on the Gold Coast QLD. Feeling as though I'm about to face a challenge.................an exciting challenge............one I can actually win for a change!!! All the best August girls . By the way, how do you put up the weightloss timeline thingy? I'm a bit vague when it comes to stuff like that.

Click on mine, join the site, make a ticker and then copy the code for forums called PseudoHTML, UBBCode and BB Code . Go into my settings, control panel, profile, change signature. Paste the code into here , click save changes and it should work. Good luck

August 10th in Sydney. Started optishit today. Not feeling too hungry just dreading the taste!

Well, I've been on kicstart for 9 days now and although i hated it initially, I actually don't mind them now. I wouldn't say I like them, but they taste alright now.

Also, I went and weighed in with the dietician today and when he saw the 6kg weight loss, he actually jumped up and down and cheered. So I'm feeling pretty good now, which is great cos I was starting to think i wasn't doing good enough (just like normal!!). So I'll keep going and see how much more I can loose before the op.

I live in Bundaberg as well but I'm going to the goldcoast for my surgery on Aug 11. Have you started your Opti? I'm not minding it actually.

Hi. I was actually told i didnt have 2 take it ad my liver isnt too bad. Aparently a healthy liver is 15cm and my is 17cm so he was happy for me .ot to do it. Luckly as im not really fussed on the optifast although i dont mind the coffee flavour. Good luck 4 yr surgery im so excited that my life is going 2 start again
