Hey Dafleece whats with only?? 22kgs is awesome work.. I look at it like this is the first time i have lost weight over the xmas period and not missed out!! Keep up the good work!

Thanks Newlife - I think you just feel down especially when you read about other people and they have had surgery after me and have lost 10 -15 kgs more - its just a little heart wrenching. My progress seems to have stalled but I think it more that I haven't been able to keep meals down from when I had my fill - was throwing up for 3 weeks after pretty much non-stop - have had the fill taken out but still haven't lost any. Hopefully it will start up again. Thanks for your king words. xx daf

Pleasure!! I think some people use this site as bragging rites which they have every right to do!, but its hard to not compare yourself to them. As i said at the end of the day like me you are 20+ kgs lighter than before and would never have done that on your own!! Enjoy and stress less!! xx
