Will be interesting to see how today goes, we have a tool box meeting at work where we have subway for lunch. I ordered a salad bowl for a treat
I'm not considering it as cheating because I'm allowed to have 2-3 cups of veg a day..

Down 9kgs to date so I'm excited about that
As posted in Feb Bandits post, still no bowel movement but I can feel something brewing...lol
How bloody itchy are these dressings???? I cant wait for the wife to get home from work so I can take them off.
She's an EN and bringing some opsite home and some stuff that dissolves the sticky shit...
I cant remember witch scar is where the port is??? There is an incision about 4 inches above my belly button and then another just under my chest. I think I was still under the influence of the drugs when my surgeon came and saw me the next day.
thanks for looking

So how was the optifast results? My surgeon in Perth said not to worry about it as I had already lost 12 kgs, just had a dieticians appt blood tests, then in for surgery last week. 1st March. So far, so good, a bit of gas pain around the ribcage but no hunger. Will start the soupy stuff today so if anyone has recipes I would love some alternatives to the canned / packet stuff.

I also heard she is the Liver transplant specialist in Adelaide so I guess she would know...lol
As for soups I just use salt reduced chicken stock a couple of chillies, garlic cloves and a bunch of coriander bashed up in the mortar and pestle.
ohh and a teaspoon of doggy style...

I'm glad you asked...lol
It is an Asian chicken and garlic stock powder... When a mate of mine and I discovered it we used to much and I said to him "it will be doggy style only tonight"
Ever since when we share a recipe we say "and a teaspoon of doggy style..." I hope you find it as funny as we did.
Cheers Rob
