Hi Katy,

I'm with Adelaide Obesity Clinic in the city at Wafefield Hospital. The doctor Dr. Helen Patroney is really good and she bulk bills all her fills. The dietician Sally Johnson is amazing and has published several books about the band that are given to patients all around Australia. Also the surgeon (if anything ever shall go wrong) Dr. Justin Bessel is an amazing person who is always smiling. He bulk bills all my follow ups and he did my gall bladder removal for nothing too

Lindy i am going along well and hanging in there. I am 14.5 kgs down and it feels good but now i need to kick it up a bit as the weight loss slows a little i need to keep on top of it.

Lindy how are you going are you back at work yet.? hope you have had no problems.

Hi Onestepforward - I am doing great had my fist fill on the 8 March and have last 11.9kg so far. I have had no problems to far and I am also finding the weight loss a little slow so I have started walking this week. This is my second week back at work could do with a nice holiday. How many fills have you had so far?

I have had 2 fills and i think i am at 6mls. i have another appt on the 29th march and might get only .5 in starting to feel restriction but i am still getting peckish early and find myself looking for food around the 2.5-3hr mark. I have been having a few stuck moments lately when i am in a hurry or forget what i am doing, and bang it comes up again. I am thinking that if i know i have a small break or i may be in a hurry i am going to take an opti fast shake with me and that will help me i think.

I'm in Port Pirie ( we need to really catch up Amy!!) my surgeon was Paul Leong. I'm at goal after 12 months but I only had 20+ to loose.

Leighanne Welcome to you. I am not 21 or in the southern suburbs but i am 28 and in Strathalbyn and drive to to south all the time (family live there) so if you ever want to catch up and talk or just talk on here just let me know.
