Thanks for your kind words.
Im just eating smaller portions ,making or trying most times to make good food choices and as for exercise i swim,water aerobics,treadmill, vibration machine and just starting on kettlebell workouts. I dont go to the gym as i dont have the time so have set up my loungeroom into a gym so exercise while im watching tv lol I use the swimming pool at the retirement village my parents live in.
I still want to lose more weight and the excess skin annoys me more i think than when i was so much heavier but in due time i will deal with that.

I started my weight loss journey in November 2010 at 185kg. From then till my surgery which was 1st March 2011 i stayed on optifast so for 16 weeks and by the time i went in to hospital id lost 46 kilos. Since March till now ive lost the other 50 and have done that without band restriction. I have only had 2 fills in the last 6 weeks and have now 6 ml in my band and only some restrictions at times. I will go back next week and perhaps just get a small fill and see how that goes.

The excess skin IS a real b*#ch, I have the same problem. But it is a side effect i am happier to live with rather than the excess weight.
