LOL. That is great! It doesn't feel like much when you are loosing it slowly but when you stack it up like that you realise just what an amazing acheivement you have done
Can't wait to make my own little weight loss food stack

Hahaha so funny, We should all post a different pic of some thing to the value of the weight we have lost when we get to 12 mths being banded.

Well done!
Setting it out like that is a great way to see how much you have achieved!
Once at goal, I'm thinking about doing a 'biggest loser' sand bag challenge to see just how far I've come!
Keep up the awesome work

I normally use the 'bag of potatoes' comparison. But if I had to go that at my local Woolies and pull out all the bags to make up the 55kgs, I think they would lock me away...

wow....we dont realise what we used to do to our bodies I have a few more bags of rice i still wont to loose but it is a lot less than 5 months ago. A big YEAH to all of us and i do like the idea of making success piles in the aisles of the supermarket

My sister did that with bags of potatoes when I lost 25kg back in 2004.

Thanks for all the great replies guys, it gave me quite a giggle to do this. I considered using potatoes, but I figured that the rice might be a little more accurate in size, given that it compacts a little more easily than potatoes. I spose I could mash the potatoes, but I think that would be taking it to the extreme haha.
I think we should start a new trend as suggested, people piling various groceries according to their weight loss right in the middle of, perhaps NOT, their local supermarket LOL.
