So, thought I might have a go and upload some pics of myself ... a before pic (which I hope is obvious which 1 is the before 1) and 1 of me afterwards and 1 of me now doing something that I really enjoy which I was never comfortable doing before, kayaking.

I am still 15kgs or so from 'my' goal weight e.g not what my doctor says it is and gees, these last 15 kgs are giving me a good fight to lose, they just dont wanna go ..
