Off topic for a moment, but surely that is plain inappropriate for workwear? Doesn't the Board of Education have a dress code/policy?
P.S. When school goes back I have two staff members who persist in wearing diaper shorts to school. I love them both - and they both have gorgeous legs. I have to deal with this. Not sure how I'll do it!

Thank you for your courage in posting your before picture and thank you for the continued inspiration you provide. Sometimes I get stuck fixating on the 20kgs that I have yet to loose and I forget to appreciate the 20kgs that I have already lost. Well done you and while I am at it, well done me too.

Absolutely Shelle, the Department of Education has a very clear dress code - as does my school. I'm not however a particularly brave person and squirm at the prospect of uncomfortable and/or difficult conversations - even when I'm in the right.

*wrinkles my nose* I don't like awkward conversations either.
I just can't believe that they aren't aware of what is and what isn't appropriate. I'd just send out a well worded email reminder to all staff about several different BoE policies. But then again I am a chicken.
