Yay or nay? I have the breakfast smoothie cubes once in a while.

Are these OK to have for breakfast either phases after banding?

I'm not keen on Vanilla flavour shakes so I add 3 of these to a shake and whizz them up.

Sugar ranges from 7.9g - 10.7g

sugar content is 7 to 10 (Thanks Jason) until I get my 1st fill I am gonna stick to the Optifsat ones tho
