Hi guys I thought I would share some pics.

Pre- op, 2 months and now at 5months post op. 30 kilo and 60 inches gone forever, just over half way !!

thanks guys I am proud that I have got this far through hard work and lots of heart. I know there is still a long rd ahead and i have to focus on the goal at the end and not waver, i think thats the hardest part keep your head in that positive place.

Zim - I have been doing gym, swimming walking water aerobics and zumba. I mix it up most weeks but it is time to step it up and go harder...
