Just started using myfitnesspal. Tried out the barcode thing this morning. That is freakin awsome! Love my new phone. Can anyone tell me how to set a lower calory intake? I'm still on liquids and its freaking me out that I have so many points left at the end of the day. Am use to weight watchers and using up all the points.
Neddy, I've got one of those fitness pals too (different breed). He is a little pissed at me at the moment because I can't take him walking yet and my mum, who normally comes with us, doesn't know how to take him by herself (the little darling would run rings around her and probably knock her over). He is such a pathetic creature adn his whining makes me feel guilty if I don't walk him. Excellent motivator. :D
