You are far too kind but wow - thanks, that really gave me a lift this morning. And believe it or not, in my profile pic I am still waaaaay overweight. Take a look at my other photo that I have uploaded and tell me that's pretty - NOT! It's the worst pic I could find and it serves as a reminder of my goal and how I never want to look again.
