Hi My Name is Emma, I am in the Seaford (SA) area and urgently need help to find a doctor that does the maintenance of the bands. So far I have only found specialists that want heaps of money to start off with, I have had my fill out for 5 months now and the weight is creeping higher and higher and the depression is gettin deeper and deeper! PLEASE IF YOU CAN RECCOMMEND SOMEONE I WOULD BE EXTREMELY GRATEFUL!!!!

Hi I am with the Adelaide Obesity Clinic on Wakefield Road in the city (next to the Wafefield Calvary Hospital).

My doctor Dr. Helen Patroney is amazing and bulk bills. My first appointment with her costed me I think $90 (this was during the lapband process so not sure if she would charge this to someone already with it) but nothing since and I see her every three weeks.

Give them a call 8359 2411 and ask I say. She's just a normal GP. However they have a dietician you will have to see too ( I think once every nine months).

Dr Anderson's practice at the Ashford Bariatric Centre bulk bill their clients. I'm unsure about new arrivals but it might be worth ringing them. Ashford might be closer to you?

im in hallett cove, but i dont mind driving the twenty minutes into the city, i came from melbourne where nothing took twenty minutes.

Dr anderson has an office at the southern specilist centre at Morphett vale they bulk bill and are really nice Dr Stephen Sabine Ph. 83269779

I have just moved to adelaide and wanted to have an adjustment - rang dr anderson's office. receptionist told me that the fill had a gap payment of 125, and if i wanted to have reg maintenance done there i'd have to pay a $500 registration fee

Yeah that is why we pay a once of payment when we have the operation that covers the gap with Dr Anderson.

sorry i got the info wrong i will know now for the next time someone asks. But still a really good Dr.
