I rushed out and bought it the minute I saw the mag mentioned on this blog. SO gorgeous, you look so slim and so confident and after such a loss of kilos I don't see any bulges or flaps of skin (not that I was looking closely) which is what I still have and hope reduces somewhat with continued exercise. You really look great and are a great person too - from your warm posts on here.

Bearing in mind that not everything printed in magazines and paper is true ( :o ) I'd like to know if they are accurate in printing your "diet" now? Is that really all you eat?
Pity you couldn't keep the dresses-you look stunning in them :)

My "now" diet is a bit more varied than that, I guess they cant list everything. Always just the protein shake in the mornings as my band is tighter (pre band, the pancakes were actually an occasional morning tea, I usually had 3 pieces of toast and jam with coffee), lunch is 4 Cruskits with the salmon, or a fillet of raw salmon with light soy, or 4-6 pieces of sushi, or a salad. Dinner is more often than not a WW meal, as it is portion controlled (eyes are still bigger than my belly!), or some vegies, or an omelette. The Weight Watchers frozen meal is a perfect example of the amount of food that is perfect for one meal, I cannot eat another bite (except for the mentioned Freddo Frogs lol).

As for the dresses, believe me I hinted at keeping the royal blue one!! All the other dresses were Target dresses, but me being me I have champagne taste and beer money, typically I will love the most expensive one!! Had it not been $1,000 I would have tracked one down when I got home.

Good on you Danielle, you look great and it certainly inspires me to believe that it is possible to do this!!. Matt, Oh forgot to add sent my cheque for $3,400 to Mr Burton for the operation and received the recipt today so no turning back now!!.. lol.. one week and a half to go before my operation!. Scared but seeing your results certainly helps with the nerves.

Didn't even recognise you! I'll have to dig up the magazine and have another look.

Maybe I should shove it under the nose of my parents to see how banding will help me.
