Hi All
Well i pigged out on the weekend as i new it was the last supper lol. I bought optislim as i got 2 for the price of 1 optifast so i am hoping it will do the same. I am 150kg today the heaviest I have ever been. So today it is the first day of my new life, its 6.43am and i am just about to have breakfast, a lovely vanilla shake lol so i just hope i can keep it up. Anyway good luck to everyone else that is starting out and look forward to letting you know how I am going, believe me I will need the support lol. Take care.

Good luck. I mixed my shakes with some crushed ice which thickens them up. It makes them a little more palatable. Robski is right, if you can make it to day 4 you will be fine.
