Today at work I arranged for the purchase of a soft serve icecream machine and our 70 residential students are already excited about this but the sadest thing is now that my diabetes is in remission I no longer eat shop bought icecream.
I've replaced the icecream with exercise and I've just returned from a 45 minute bicycle ride to town and back, Leo and I are now off to the park for our everyday 1 1/2 hour walkies.
Yesterday was the 3rd time in the last 9 1/2 months we didn't go walkies because of a very bad storm.

This is Leo when I just mentioned the walkies word,

I'll own up. I'm afraid that I do like soft serve. I like the soft serve from McDonalds the best. I have it every now and then as a treat. I haven't had it for a while and now I'm craving it. Damn it. lol. Must stay away from Maccas.............

No Maggie Beer would be :P

burnt fig honeycomb and caramel to be exact

Anna - Cold Rock, Ben and Jerry's and Gelare would be my weakness if I loved icecream - lucky for me I only have it once twice a year, even before banding

I am more a savoury person but do get the odd craving for a Maccas softserve! I like it better than harder icecreams and the choc fudge topping is awsome. I think its been over a year since I've had one.

meh, I can take it or leave it. But Movenpick icecream is divine! Fortunately it is so ridiculously expensive it is a once a year (or longer) treat! Actually I don'tnreally eat ice cream anymore.
