Hi all,

I just thought I would share this website with you. It has a massive range of different kinds of recipes for all courses and occasions and you can search for things in so many different ways. The best part is that every recipe has a nutritional breakdown including energy yield. It'll take the guesswork out of your cooking as well as widen your repertoire. Enjoy!

Obviously you can instantly start browsing all the recipes that are available on the site or you can specify more specific needs. See below for example:

Scroll down below ingredient search and click the "diet" option

Hover your mouse over "diet" and choose the "low in" option on the right.

Click on the "all low in categories" on the left.

Select your course, eg "main dish" and your other defining criteria, eg "Low calorie" and "Low fat" and "Low cholesterol"

Click "show recipes"
