hi everyone just a update on my progress. well it is now 12 mths and 2 days since my band and i have lost a total of 30 kilos. I am now in size 14 to 18 depending of what you buy and where you get it from LOL. I am extremely happy with the way i look and how I feel. i have taken measurements from day one and I have lost over 180 cm all over at the moment. my goal is 65 kilos so i still have 20 kilos to go. I currently weigh 85 kilos and have hit a plateau. but im fine with it I am just enjoying eating a bit more than before and looking forward to xmas day where i can eat as last year I was only 7 days from my op and on fluids LOL so bring it on this year. bye for now another update soon,
