I totally get what you mean by eating around the band. I am 13 months banded and lately I feel like I don't follow the rules as closely as I should and I have learnt to push the boundaries of my band.

I need to take it back to basics and practice lap band 101.
I was speaking to a friend who has the band and is struggling a bit too, we have both recently had fills, but we both know that unless the motivation is there to do the right thing, then it doesn't matter how much fill is in the band.
I desperately want to lose another 10 kilos, but for some reason I don't have the focus I had when getting off the first 40 kilos. Oh well, I'll keep trying!
How is everyone else going? I love hearing everyones updates, it's very motivating.
