Hi All,
I was banded on the 11 of december 2008 in East Melbourne. Since then I've been pretty lucky by the sounds of what some people have endured. My Journey has had lots of ups and downs, but heaps of OMG momments. The first one was buying clothes off the rank. Sounds strange but living in country Victoria, shops only stock up to a size 26. If you had asked me 3 months into being banded if I'd recommend it I'd've said "no run for your life". Now I love my band and wish I'd have done it the first time it as offered to me in 2001.

I love the fact that we all seem to be at different stages of our journies--especially being able to hear from people who are so close to reaching their goal! It makes us ones who are just starting out see there will be that pot of gold at the end (awesome analogy non-blonde!!) Cant wait!!
