Scrambled eggs were yum, and no band issues at all. I cooked them until nearly done, so they were still mushy. I've missed eggs. I can seriously live without chocolate. I don't crave any sweets actually. I have eaten chocolates and sweets but usually just because they are there, I don't buy them for myself. No, sweets were never my problem. Saviory foods, chips (crisps), dips, cheese and crackers and take away foods are my poision. Highly processed, fatty, salt soaked, high calorie, convenience foods is what I was killing myself with. Now the only take away I can eat is KFC potato and gravy, which is apparently on weight watches 'ok to eat' list. LOL! Oooh, and then of course there's wine.. chardonney to be precise, although i also love bubbly. I had 2 glasses of wine last weekend while making dinner with my partner, and threw it up! that'll teach me lol! probably didn't help that i'd only eaten a yoghurt all day. (was busy and just didn't feel hungry or even think of eating). anyhoo, i won't say 'no-wine', cuz i'm never good with denying myself, but i will say only occassionally, and in small quantities

i haven't tried to eat any bread (muffin) didn't think i should on mushies.
