okay so i finally got around to adding my pictures. it was a hard choice what to post because all my older pictures look gross but heres a few of just how fat i really was.

I agree wholeheartedly with you Marion! Denise, looking at your pictures inspires me and makes it real in my mind that being slim is a goal that is completely achievable in all of our futures! Thankyou for sharing your pictures with us. You look amazing, so gorgeous, and yes you're beautiful smile is still the same--congratulations! :D

It's the smile and the sparkle in your eyes that are the only similarity between those pics. If you were to cover them up then I would be convinced that they are two completely different people. AMAZING!!!!!

I look at your photos and think to myself....yes I can do this. you must be so proud of yourself. Yours I feel has not been the normal run of the mill band story ( speaking from a professional point of view I do not know of many people who have had to undergo a reversal of a colostomy to achieve the results you have) and yet look at you so beautiful, not that you were not when at your heaviest as inner beauty is still there. I wonder what saddness we all have to overcome, what trauma to ourselves that we have to reconcile to be able to achieve our goals we each have to face this to be able to do this. You obviously have or come along way along theat journey,, well done. You really are such an inspiration to us all so many thanks.

i had to post some pics of this dress i bought at myers on monday as i was so excited because i thought i would never be able to wear something so beautiful and also go it so cheap.
